The Reason Priyanka Chopra Left a Movie Due to a Director
With her countless accomplishments in the Hindi and Western cinema industries, Priyanka Chopra has made a name for herself as a bankable global star.

Following her success in the Tamil film Thamizhan (2002), the actress made her Bollywood debut with The Hero: Love Story of a Spy (2003).
Priyanka discussed a really awkward experience she had at the age of 19 during the Forbes Power Women’s Summit.
She remembered approaching the director of a movie she was shooting at the time. To ensure that the costumes looked realistic, she asked the director to describe her character’s appearance to her stylist.
According to Priyanka, “He picks up the phone and says, ‘Listen, when she displays her underwear, people are going to come into the movies to watch her. In order for me to see her underwear, it must be short. Do you recognize the individuals seated in the front? Her underwear ought to be visible to them. He repeated it around four times. In Hindi, it isn’t even attractive. It’s worse.
Priyanka further disclosed that she went home and discussed the issue with her mother, Madhu Chopra.
The actress responded, “If that’s what he thinks of me, if that’s how small I am, there’s no space for growth.” In closing, Priyanka stated that she will never again collaborate with the director.
Regarding her career, Priyanka Chopra is returning to the screen in SS Rajamouli’s SSMB29 alongside Mahesh Babu.
